Payment in full is due no later than 21 days prior to arrival or upon booking if that date has already passed.

Cancellation Policy

100% of the total reservation price is to be paid 21 days before arrival. If a guest cancels 21+days before arrival , 100% of the amount will be refundable.
If the guest cancels within the 21 days before arrival 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Damage Deposit

A €500 damage deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage to the property occurs.

Age groups 18+ are allowed to occupy the premises.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 till 8:00 hours.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
This is a no smoking property.
Pets are not allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless pre-agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed and dishes washed before departure.
Failure to adhere to the check-in and check out time may result in an additional fee unless discussed in advance of the stay.
The Damage deposit is for security purposes and will be refunded within 7 days of the check out date, provided no deductions are made due to:
- Damage caused to the property or furnishings
- Damaged linen and towels at the time of check out.
- Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning.
- Excessive use of the electricity allowance.
- Any other cost incurred by homeowner due to guest’s stay.
